Scott Santoro, V.P. - Los Angeles and Sales: Central & West

Scott Santoro is Vice President, Central & Western U.S. Sales for Delta Air Lines, overseeing sales strategy and commercial performance across some of the airline's most important markets. Based in Los Angeles, he leads efforts to grow revenue and market share, strengthen corporate and community relationships, and advance Delta's strategic priorities throughout the region.

Scott oversees Delta's sales organization across the Central and Western U.S., including the airline's major hubs in Detroit, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Los Angeles. He also leads Delta's commercial strategy in Austin, a key growth market, partnering closely with local stakeholders to accelerate growth and strengthen the airline's brand presence.

Since joining Delta in 2012, Scott has held a series of leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility within the Sales organization. With more than 25 years of experience in the airline industry, he has led initiatives across airport operations, marketing, sales, finance, and loyalty.

Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southern California, the Foundation Board of Trustees for Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and the Advisory Board of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission.

Prior to joining the airline industry, Scott served as a consulting manager at Accenture and held roles in the banking sector. He earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in business finance from the University of Maine.
